Coffee Grinders

When making a good cup of coffee, there are several things to keep in mind. One of those things is to make sure you have the correct ground size.

What does this mean? It means that when you grind your coffee (which is a good idea because it makes a fresher batch as opposed to pre-ground coffee) the type of coffee you make is dependent on the size/courseness of the ground.

If you are brewing coffee french press style, you need very course (large-size) grains. If you are brewing coffee regular drip style, you want medium course (medium sized) grains. If you want espresso or strong coffee, you want fine grains.

Now, to get this type of precision for coffee grains, you need a Burr Coffee Grinder. This is a special type of coffee grinder that will control the size of the grain. You can do this manually with a regular grinder, but a Burr Coffee Grinder is much more accurate and if you get a good one it can save you time and enhance the quality of your coffee!
